PRINCE2 is about controlling the various risks to which projects are subject. This manual details how to achieve successful projects in terms of processes, documentation and organization - but it also identifies where people issues, such as politics, motivation, absence, incompetence and disagreement, are most prone to arise in projects. It then provides best-practice, OGC-endorsed guidance on how to plan for and deal with these issues.
